Hey! I’m Nick, a geeky photographer who was frustrated by the lack of large format color film processing and optical RA4 printing in the Seattle area. Therefore I wanted to offer to do these for other people that don’t have the wherewithal to acquire all the doodads necessary to DIY.

I also have some experience doing optical RA4 printing. I believe it’s an amazing way to experience color negatives. More details here.

Film Processing

I can do B&W, C41, and E6 slide processing.

Jobo processing for 35mm, 120, 220, 4×5 , 8×10. All of these are done in 2500 series drums except 4×5 which I can do in expert drum. I can do 110 film as well, but it will be hand processed.

Film will be processed based upon quantity received, or can do rush service for extra.

Film returned in print files. For optimal scanning, 35mm in strips of 6 and 120 in strips of 3.

Scanning

If you need a quick proof scan I can do a single flatbed pass up to 8×10 and split the negatives in photoshop, with 1200 dpi resolution. Example:

I can also do high res scanning (3600 dpi) on Epson V850.

I’ll provide single pass TIFF in 16 bit with the full dynamic range of the film. I can individually correct the film frames or run them through negative lab pro for an extra fee.

Printing

I can do black and white and color RA4 printing up to 4×5 negatives.

I can print up to 20×24 with RC paper and 16×20 for fiber.

I’ll be offering these out of my apartment in Capitol Hill, Seattle.
